Research projects exhibition

Recently, researchers from the PREIT-tour group, in collaboration with the World Heritage City group, presented their project "Cultural Heritage, Leisure, and Tourism: Analysis of Consensus and Disputes over the Use and Enjoyment of Public Space in the Historic Center of Cuenca, Ecuador." This presentation highlighted the dynamics and conflicts in the use of public heritage spaces.

Additionally, PREIT-tour presented the results of their project "Mental Well-being Based on Nature Tourism Experiences in Scholarship Students from the Universities of Cuenca and Azuay." This study demonstrated the benefits of nature tourism on students' mental health.

Both expositions were directed at students and faculty of the Faculty of Hospitality Sciences, fostering a rich exchange of knowledge and experiences in the field of tourism.
