This week the PREIT-tour team has continued collecting data at the Economuseo Municipal Casa del Sombrero and in the Barabon Community as part of its study on tourism development.
Last Friday, the team collected data directly from the toquilla straw hat weavers, who attended an event on the transmission of knowledge related to toquilla straw.
Also, last Saturday, the team collected data in Barabón. This site has been important to understand the relationship between tourism, gastronomy and agriculture.
