Last Friday marked the official inauguration of the Warmi VIVAmente project 🎉, a dedicated space designed to support out-of-town female students from various faculties and programs. During the session, participants were introduced to the project’s objectives and the different activities planned for their benefit.
One of the key moments of the event was the collection of data for the first wave of the DASS-21 assessment, a tool that will help evaluate the emotional well-being of the participants. Additionally, psychology students shared valuable advice on study techniques and stress management strategies 🧘♀️📖, equipping attendees with useful tools to better navigate the intense exam week 📚✍️.
The event was filled with support, learning, and motivation, reinforcing the project's commitment to student well-being. And this is just the beginning! We will continue working to strengthen this space for growth and support 💪✨.
