🎉 PREIT-tour and CPM proudly celebrate a new recognition for research! ✨

We are excited to share that the research groups PREIT-tour and World Heritage City from the University of Cuenca have been recognized in the XXI Internal Research Project Competition 🏅📚.

But beyond the joy of this recognition, what excites us most is that this project has been a beautiful opportunity to strengthen a truly interdisciplinary collaboration, bringing together diverse ideas, perspectives, and pluralistic methodologies 🤝🧩.

And that’s not all 💜. We are also incredibly proud to share that our colleagues from World Heritage City were additionally recognized for their dedication to keeping the UNESCO PRECOMOS Chair on heritage conservation alive, a unique academic space that continues to leave a mark by shaping new professionals committed to protecting our cultural heritage 🌍🏛. In fact, Gabriela García received a special award, which inspires us even more to continue investing in research with a human, heritage-centered, and community-driven approach 👏✨.

Along this journey, we have not only grown as researchers but also as a human team. We have built bonds of friendship, respect, and collaboration that motivate us to keep dreaming big, contributing to the growth of our beloved University of Cuenca and the city of Cuenca, and advancing knowledge that is responsible and deeply connected to local realities 🌿🌍.
